Please back-up your data on your hard disk drive before sending for Repairs. We will not be held liable for any loss of data.

Service / Complaint Timings will be Monday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm.

Any service provided online will be chargeable, pls confirm before taking online service

We will provide a quotation / estimate for repairs which must be approved by the customer prior to commencement of repair work.

Rejection of quotation / estimate for repair may be charged at a flat rate of Rs. 250/-

Workshop repairs carry a warranty on the repaired item, unless otherwise specified on specific components. The warranty period will commence from Invoice date if any warranty given.

Any repairs that are not collected after 45 days will be disposed of without further notice.

Any software configuration, installation or virus removal carried out and demonstrated to the Customer as working correctly is considered from that stage as completed task. If a similar fault occurs they will be treated as chargeable and will form a new service call.

We will only support Operating Systems and Application Software for which the Customer has valid licenses and the original CD’s or media on which the software was delivered.

If, during the course of an upgrade and/or repair, it is necessary to reinstall the customer’s software or operating system, the customer will have to supply us with original software installation disks and/or serial numbers and /or product keys. Failure to provide installation disk, serial numbers or product keys may make it impossible to install such software and/or operating systems.

We reserve the right not to install, reinstall or test any software that we suspect may be pirated or obtained through any illegal means.

New components installed as the result of a repair or an upgrade will have a one- warranty (if mentioned in quotation / estimate) from the date of their purchase (unless otherwise specified). No new or additional warranty is given or implied on existing components which are not installed / repaired by us.

We do not accept liabilities for any unforeseen hardware failure that occurs while a System or hardware components are in our possession.

Replace parts will be given to service centre if demanded, we will not give faulty part back.

We are not liable for any consequential loss or expenses, however caused, including incidental return costs.

Diagnose/ Inspection charge will be applicable for Non-warranty & if AMC not taken.
17. Any material given for repair /service, if not want to repair/service pls collect within 1 week, afterwards we are not responsible.
18. In AMC, only Hardware support will be provided, we don’t give any support for illegal software, we recommend legal software only.
19. Any service/repair will be done on customer responsibility.
20. Any item given for repair/ service if any failure during service/repair we are not responsible.
21. Please check /verify repair/service material properly, after wards no complain will be entertained.
22. Please don’t waste your & our precious time by comparing online price (as our rate include after sales service)
23. Warranty as per respective company norms.
24. Any material given for repair /service, minimum service/diagnosis charges applicable, if you don’t want to repair/service.
25. Subject to Surat Jurisdiction.
